Banana Berry Smoothie Bowl 
Vegan & Gluten Free 

-1 medium banana
-1 cup frozen berries
-1 cup alternative milk
blend together and add desired toppings

At the start of my food exploration I was consuming so many raw fruits and veggies, which are so good for you, but too much can bring some trouble specifically with digestion. Too many uncooked foods cause your intentions and stomach to work extra hard in order to break down the food which makes it difficult to pull out the essential nutrients.



When eating any raw meal it can be best for your body to add healthy fats and oils that will assist in the digestion process.




Smoothie bowls are an extremely enjoyable meal, snack, or dessert! I love them for breakfast in the summer. I ALWAYS add peanut butter and bananas. I also love adding a crunch like granola or coconut flakes!
